Wander Wonder is an art exhibition along a hiking trail at Varvsberget in the High Coast of Sweden. The project brings together works by seven artists who investigate the relationship between place and displacement.
We have always travelled the world by putting one foot in front of the other. This seemingly simple activity can be of physical as well as mental nature with the ambition to reach other places or spiritual dimensions. By walking together, we take part in an activity that stretch both backwards and forwards – between generations and species.
Wander Wonder invites the audience to experience performance, sound works and installations that interact with Varvsberget's historical, social and geographical context.
